At rooted by nature we are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service.

Our Sea Moss Gel is produced fresh every day and shipped the same day using Royal Mail 1st class service for all orders placed before 9am. Orders placed after 9am will be prepared and sent the following day. Please note, orders placed after 9am on Thursday will be shipped on a Monday. We are only able to ship our Sea Moss Gel within the UK, unfortunately we do not ship this overseas.

All non-perishable items such as Dried Sea Moss and Skincare, will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class service or Evri.

Wholesale orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 24 tracked service.

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order and let us know of any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.

You will receive notification via email once your order has been shipped.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 days of your notification please contact us.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details provided.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns. If there is an issue with your order please do get in touch and we will be very happy to help.

We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or lost items. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect at rootedbynaturestore@gmail.com . We kindly ask that you provide a photograph of the damaged product and/or shipping box so that we can pass this on to the necessary parties.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order.
