Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days for in-stock items. These are products we hold in our warehouse and can dispatch immediately upon order confirmation.

For items showing a lead time on the product page, please note that these are either ordered specifically for you from our suppliers or, in some cases, produced to order by the manufacturer. Lead times are indicated on the respective product page and are generally accurate, but may vary depending on the manufacturer's production schedule or stock availability. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has left our warehouse. If no tracking number has been received with your shipping notification email, please contact us and we will provide it manually.

Inspection Upon Delivery:Please check the packaging for external damage upon receipt. If you notice any damage, contact us within 24 hours at service@industrialkonzept.com and always attach images and at least one video of the issue.

Shipping destination: Germany

Shipping Costs:Standard shipping within Germany is €5.90. Orders with a total value of €99.00 or above qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times:The following are average transit times provided by the carrier from the day of pickup at our warehouse — not from the date of your order. These are estimates by the carrier and may vary:

•Standard parcels: 1–2 business days

•Bulky goods & freight: 2–5 business days

Shipping destination: European Union

Shipping Costs:Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination and are displayed at checkout. Since all EU member states share a common customs area, no import duties apply to deliveries within the EU. At industrialkonzept, we partially subsidize shipping costs on your behalf — the rates you see at checkout are often lower than the actual costs we incur with our logistics partners.

Shipping Costs:Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions and are displayed at checkout. At industrialkonzept, we partially subsidize shipping costs on your behalf — the rates you see at checkout are often lower than the actual costs we incur with our logistics partners.

Standard Shipments & Import Duties:Most orders to the United States are shipped via DHL International. For standard DHL International shipments, we cover applicable import duties on your behalf — no additional customs charges will apply upon delivery. As a general rule: if a product fits into a standard or medium-sized parcel and weighs under 20 kg, it will be shipped via DHL International.

Bulky Goods & Freight Shipments:Items that are oversized, extra-long, or exceed approximately 20 kg typically cannot be shipped as standard parcels and will be dispatched as bulky goods or via freight carriers. For these shipments, import duties cannot be covered by us and remain the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as a standard or bulky shipment, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:Please check the packaging for external damage upon receipt. If you notice any damage, contact us within 24 hours at service@industrialkonzept.com and always attach images and at least one video of the issue. If your tracking status has not updated for more than 3 weeks, please contact us so we can initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Please note that international shipments can occasionally stall for 1–2 weeks at customs or transit hubs — this is not unusual and not necessarily a cause for concern.

Middle East:Please note that due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, shipments to this region may currently experience longer than usual transit times. This is caused by carrier routing adjustments and flight availability, and is not within our control.

General Disclaimers

We cannot assume liability for production or shipping delays caused by manufacturers or carriers.

The countries shown at checkout indicate where a delivery request can be submitted. They do not represent a general commitment to ship every product to every listed destination. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for a destination we cannot serve. In that case you will be notified and refunded in full, and no delivery obligation arises.

The following right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the European Union. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activities.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day: • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you ordered a single item or several items as part of a single order and these goods are delivered in a single delivery, or • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item, if you ordered several items as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately, or • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

Alternatively, you may exercise your right of withdrawal directly via our digital withdrawal function on our website via our digital withdrawal function available here .

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

There is no right of withdrawal for: • Deliveries outside the European Union • Backorders or made-to-order items once the order has been confirmed and sent to the manufacturer • Goods that are clearly personalized or produced to customer specifications

Notes

To avoid a reduction in value of the goods, we kindly ask you to: • Return the goods in undamaged original packaging • Package the goods securely in a sturdy box with sufficient padding • Include the delivery note or a copy of the order confirmation with a note if applicable • Ensure that the goods are unused and, if possible, returned in the original, intact packaging
