We deliver to all 32 counties of Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) with free delivery on every order and no minimum spend. We also deliver to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) with free delivery there too.

Delivery times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–7 working days. Larger furniture items can occasionally take a little longer; if so, we will keep you updated by email. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Couriers

Orders are delivered by trusted national couriers. Deliveries are made to your door. For large or heavy items, please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery.

Problems with a delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@jshop.ie with your order number and we will sort it quickly. Please check items on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours where possible, ideally with photos.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

How to return an item

Email us first at hello@jshop.ie with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not post anything back before contacting us, we will reply with the correct return address and simple instructions for your specific item. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or lost.

Conditions

Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. For flat-pack furniture, please do not assemble the item if you intend to return it. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at hello@jshop.ie with photos within 48 hours of delivery where possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including your 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. If a refund has not appeared after 10 working days, contact us and we will chase it for you.
