Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned after 60 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•Unused and in the same condition you received them

•In the original packaging

•Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for returns:

•Gift cards

Refunds

•Original shipping costs are non-refundable (all orders ship free, so this typically does not apply).

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luannie.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
