COVID-19 Delivery Information

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.

Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue operate as normal.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping is for free and shipping time from processing to delivery is from 6 to 11 business days ( 1-3 days handling) and (5 - 8 for transit).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kidymommy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order. Return address will be provided when asked for.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kidymommy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancellation We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receive your parcel on support@kidymommy.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers won't be charged for returns. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

The return address will be provided once asked for.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kidymommy.com .
