DELIVERY OPTIONS

You have the option to select ground, second-day or overnight delivery when placing your order.

All orders will ship with a packing slip that does not include price information. An invoice of the purchased items can be sent electronically or included with the item upon request. Gift receipts are also available.

You will have the option at checkout to specify if you want to require a signature for delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

In today's global context, Mary Mahoney will make every effort to fulfill your request in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a specific shipping date. Please contact us directly if you need your order processed more quickly or if you would like to inquire about the availability of an item.

In-stock items generally ship within 1 and 5 business days of order, unless a more expeditious shipping option is selected. You will be notified by email you if the item is out of stock or backordered.

Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed that day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed over the weekends or on holidays.

Free Ground Shipping will be offered for all orders of more than $250 in the continental United States. Shipping fees will apply to all 2 day and overnight shipments within the United States. Fees will be calculated at check out.

RUSH DELIVERY

For an additional fee, in stock orders placed before 1PM Eastern Time can be shipped via UPS Next Day Air to arrive the following business day or UPS 2nd Day Air to arrive within two business days. For orders placed after 1 PM Eastern Time, please add one additional business day.

Please note that all sterling silver flatware orders will require a signature for delivery.

IN STORE PICKUP

In store pick up is available. Orders will be delivered to your vehicle at our front door. Please wait for phone or email confirmation before coming to the store for pick up. Photo ID or order confirmation will be required for for verification purposes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders can be processed online. Please email us atwen@marymahoney.com or call us at +1-312-643-1190 to inquire about an international order. Shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout. For all shipments sent to international destinations, any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

We do everything we can to make your shopping experience a positive one. We want you to be thrilled with our products and the ease with which you can shop online. If, however, you are unsatisfied with a purchase w e have a 14 day return policy.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for Store Credit or Exchange ONLY, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note special orders, customized items and perishables are Final Sale.

Exceptions

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders, customized items and perishables. Such items are non-returnable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Should you have any inquiries about a product or its lead time, please email web@marymahoney.com with any questions before placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in original condition in original packaging and boxed with sufficient packaging materials to prohibit breakage in transit. Items must be insured for full value through the carrier. Please provide the return authorization form, packing slip and/or sales receipt with the item(s) you are returning. All returns must be pre-approved. To initiate a return authorization please call us at 561-655-8288 or email us at web@marymahoney.com .

Mary Mahoney reserves the right to deny any return not pre-approved or properly packaged and damaged upon arrival.

Damage claims

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped as claims will not be accepted after 48 hours.

In order to process a damage claim, please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging. Please call 561-655-8288 or email web@marymahoney.com to process the damage claim. Once your damage claim is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and return authorization information.

On the rare occasion that you receive damaged merchandise, we will make arrangements with the carrier for the pick-up of the damaged merchandise and delivery of its replacement.

Please do not discard the shipping box the merchandise was shipped in or its packing materials. The carrier will want to inspect them when he/she returns.

Exchanges / Store Credit

Once a return is properly processed and accepted by Mary Mahoney, you will receive the value of your return in the form of a gift card that is redeemable both in store and online.
