All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

store.water-services.us is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Water Services Inc (WSI) Standard Sales Terms and Conditions

Sales Policy

1. Prices

Prices listed are wholesale, do not include shipping, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. Market sensitive commodity products will be priced according to current market conditions.

2. Sales Tax

WSI charges sales tax on shipments made to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Customers shipping to Alabama – WSI collects the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue.

3. Payment and Credit Terms

WSI accepts cash, company checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. For customers with established WSI credit, payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment or pick‑up. All credit extended by WSI to customer, and the limits of such credit, is at WSI’s sole discretion, and may be reduced or revoked by WSI at any time, for any reason. WSI reserves the right to charge a convenience fee for late payments. WSI further reserves the right to charge customer a late payment fee at the rate of one and one‑half percent (1‑1/2%) of the amount due for each month or portion thereof that the amount due remains unpaid, or such lesser amount as may be permitted under applicable law. Anticipation and cash discounts are not allowed. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. WSI shall have the right of set‑off and deduction for any sums owed by customer to WSI.

If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days of shipment or pick‑up, or fails to comply with WSI’s credit terms, or fails to supply adequate assurance of full performance to WSI within a reasonable time after requested by WSI (such time as specified in WSI’s request), WSI may defer shipments until such payment or compliance is made, require cash in advance for any further shipments, demand immediate payment of all amounts then owed, elect to pursue collection action (including without limitation, attorneys’ fees and any and all other associated costs of collection), and/or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of an unshipped order.

Customer agrees to assume responsibility for, and customer hereby unconditionally guarantees payment of, as provided herein, all purchases made by customer, its subsidiaries and affiliates. Each of customer’s subsidiaries and affiliates purchasing from WSI will be jointly and severally liable for purchases with customer, and customer is also acting as agent for such subsidiaries and affiliates.

Credit Balance. Customer agrees that any credit balance(s) issued by WSI will be applied to customer’s account within one (1) year of its issuance. IF CUSTOMER HAS NOT APPLIED FOR OR REQUESTED THE CREDIT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR, ANY REMAINING CREDIT BALANCE(S) WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION, AND WSI SHALL HAVE NO FURTHER LIABILITY.

4. WSI Reserves the Right to Accept, Reject, or Cancel Any Order

In addition, WSI reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (i) limit the quantity available for purchase per order and/or the number of individual orders that may be placed per customer per day; (ii) discontinue any product or service; (iii) impose conditions on the honoring of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, or other similar promotion; (iv) bar any user from making or completing any or all transactions; and (v) refuse to provide any user with any product or service.

Furthermore, WSI reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, and for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, orders will be canceled automatically if a supplier notifies WSI of a delay that will be more than 30 days or of indefinite duration. If WSI has not received shipment confirmation from our supplier within 7 days of the original expected ship date, WSI will work with the applicable supplier to either update the shipping information or cancel the order. If an order has not shipped within 7 days of the original expected ship date and we cannot provide a new reasonable expected ship date, the order will be canceled.

5. Note to Government Customers

WSI is not a government contractor; it is not registered on www.SAM.gov and WSI products are not offered through a federal or other government contract or schedule.

6. Export Controls and Sanctions

All product sales are for delivery and domestic consumption in the United States. WSI’s products are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including without limitation the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) administered by the U.S. Commerce Department Bureau of Industry and Security (“BIS”) and sanctions regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Controls (“OFAC”) (“U.S. Export Laws”). Customer acknowledges and agrees that it will not export, reexport, or otherwise transfer, directly or indirectly, any products acquired from WSI in violation of Export Laws. Customer shall be responsible for obtaining any required BIS or OFAC authorizations to ensure compliance with Export Laws. Further, Customer represents and warrants that it is not acquiring WSI’s products with the intent of diverting them to an unauthorized or sanctioned party or destination.

Customer represents and warrants that it is not designated on, or associated with, any party designated on any of the U.S. government restricted parties lists or acquiring WSI’s products for or on behalf of a designated party, including without limitation, the U.S. Commerce Department Bureau of Industry and Security (“BIS”) Denied Persons List; Entity List or Unverified List; the U.S. Treasury Department Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List; or the U.S. State Department Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (“DDTC”) Debarred Parties List. Customer shall comply with all applicable U.S. economic sanctions and export control laws and regulations, including without limitation, the regulations administered by OFAC, the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) administered by BIS, and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations administered by DDTC.

7. Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable, and Non-Refundable Orders

7.1 Designation of Certain Orders.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms or any other agreement between a customer and WSI, certain orders or Products may be designated by WSI as non-cancellable, non-returnable, and/or non-refundable (“NCR Order(s)”). This designation may apply, without limitation, to Products that are custom, made-to-order, special order, discontinued, or otherwise subject to manufacturer or supplier restrictions.

7.2 Customer Notification and Consent.

If any portion of an order qualifies as an NCR Order, WSI will notify the customer prior to processing or fulfillment. Upon such notice, the customer will have the opportunity to either:

(a) Acknowledge and agree to proceed with the NCR Order under these special terms; or

(b) Cancel the NCR Order prior to processing or fulfillment.

7.3 Effect of Confirmation.

Once the customer confirms and agrees to proceed with an NCR Order, the order may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded, and the customer shall remain responsible for full payment, except as required by applicable law or otherwise expressly authorized in writing by WSI.

7.4 Exceptions.

WSI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to authorize a return or refund for an NCR Order in exceptional circumstances. Any such authorization shall not constitute a waiver of this Section or establish any course of dealing between the parties.

Shipping Policy

Orders Less Than $50

A non-refundable $5 shipping and handling fee is charged to customers who are signed into their WSI.com on orders totaling less than $50 before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States.

Orders of $50+

No shipping and handling is charged to customers who are signed into their WSI.com account for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax.

Please note: Customers who check out as a guest with an order less than $75 before tax will have shipping and handling charges added to their order.

We use a variety of carriers for parcel and LTL shipments.

Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates will apply for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied.

WSI only accepts orders for shipments within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed. WSI does not ship to PO Box addresses.

Expedited Shipping Rules

To qualify for expedited shipping, WSI must receive your order before 3pm (CST) Monday–Friday. WSI does not offer Saturday delivery. All expedited orders must weigh less than 150 lbs, and not contain any hazardous materials. Expedited orders only ship on business days; any orders placed on Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Return Policy, Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Certain restrictions apply. WSI reserves the right to refuse or limit any returns, that, in WSI’s sole judgment, appear to be fraudulent, abusive, in violation of these terms, or otherwise inappropriate. 2. Business Customers’ Limited Warranty

WSI warrants any product purchased for use in business or resale against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of one year from the ship date of purchase. Any product determined by WSI to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to WSI shipping costs prepaid will, at WSI option, be repaired or replaced or the purchase price refunded.

3. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. WSI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. WSI’ LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.

The results of the fitment search tool are intended for general informational purposes only and should not replace any advice and counsel found in any manufacturer instructions, technical product manual, or other professional resource available to you. WHILE WSI STRIVES TO PROVIDE RELIABLE FITMENT INFORMATION, WSI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF SUCH FITMENT INFORMATION. 6. California, Louisiana, Maryland and Vermont Customers

Regulations in CA, LA, MD and VT prohibit the introduction into commerce of any solder, flux, pipe, pipe or plumbing fitting, or fixture intended to convey or dispense water for human consumption that is not “lead free”. The maximum allowable lead content is 0.25 percent lead in wetted surfaces of pipes, pipe fittings, and plumbing fittings and fixtures, as determined by a weighted average. The maximum allowable lead content is 0.2 percent lead in solder and flux.
