Order under £300 – Delivery Charge: £9.99

•Orders under £300 will be sent via courier once the goods have arrived in our warehouse. They are normally delivered within 1-2 working days but please allow up to 5 working days

•Delivery is door-to-door only within the mainland UK. Please note some couriers will only deliver to the entrance of an apartment building if the goods are too heavy for one person to carry

Delivery Time

Whilst we do try to accommodate deliveries on a day which is convenient for you our delivery teams are not in every postcode area every day, so your delivery will be arranged according to which day our vehicle is in your area. Please advise us should you require further details or have any specific delivery needs.

Deliveries are normally made between Monday to Friday usually between 8 am and 5 pm. You will be allocated an AM or PM delivery slot and the delivery team will call your enroute to give you an estimated time of arrival if requested.

In the event that you are not present or available to receive your goods during the agreed time slot, or cancel the delivery once the goods are out for delivery, a delivery charge will be made to deliver your order at another time.

The delivery date and timeslot given is approximate and may change due to circumstance beyond our control. If your order is delayed we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible, however, we are unable to accept liability for consequential losses as a result.

Delivery Day

Fellini Home is only liable for the delivery of goods to the building entrance. For delivery to upper levels, lift access/size need confirming beforehand. If installation is arranged with delivery into your home, it is your responsibility to ensure the entrance route is clear and there is sufficient space in the room.

Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the goods for any faults or damages straight away.

You will be required to sign a confirmation that the goods have been delivered in satisfactory condition. This gives you the opportunity to refuse a faulty item and allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you cannot be there to sign the confirmation, you have 24 hours to notify our customer care team of any damage or fault.

Should delivery include installation to the room of choice it is the driver's responsibility to place the item. However, should any damage be caused to fixtures, fittings or goods then neither the carrier nor the manufacturers can be held liable therefore please ensure that access is clear and free from obstruction.

Contact - Fellini Home - Checkout

We want you to be thrilled with every item you receive but we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. Should you wish to return it, you have 14 days to return the item in the original packaging.

Online and Telephone Returns (non-bespoke items)

•You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us. We are happy to arrange a collection for unwanted items. To organise this, please state this in your email.

Any collection charge is done at your own cost.

Please take care to keep all packaging until you are happy with the product as we can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.

For health and safety reasons items such as mattresses or bedding cannot be returned unless you believe the item is faulty and a replacement is required.

Restocking charges will apply. Please contact the store.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please visit our Fellini Home showroom or email sales@fellinihome.co.uk. We will be able to advise you on the next steps and help to organise a return or a replacement.

Please DO NOT attempt to assemble or fix an item yourself or via a third party as this will affect your entitlement to a refund or goodwill gesture. We also ask that you do not return a faulty item without contacting our customer services team first.

Returning Bespoke Items

If you no longer want the bespoke item, we reserve the right to:

•Reject the refund request due to the product being made especially for you and cannot be resold as new.

•Charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the original order value plus any collection charges should you wish Fellini Home to collect the goods.

If you wish to return your bespoke order, you must state this in writing to sales@fellinihome.co.uk within 72 hours of order confirmation or three working days after delivery.

Any returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in a resaleable condition, otherwise Fellini Home may exercise the right not to issue a refund.

If you have ordered a bespoke design in your own fabric we are unable to accept any cancellation, return or refund of the item.

Please ensure you measure your space correctly before placing your order. Be sure to consider staircases, doorways and any tight spaces as your furniture may need to be manoeuvred through these spaces.

Returning Ex-display/Clearance Items

All items purchased in our ex-display/clearance section are sold as seen with any marks or damage described before purchase and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Please note that all lighting is fully tested and we ensure that it is completely safe and working before it leaves the store.

Exchanges

Depending on the goods, we may offer to exchange the goods for an alternative item. For further details please contact sales@fellinihome.co.uk

Refunds

For security reasons, refunds can only be charged back through the original method of payment. If you have any particular feedback regarding our returns policy, please feel free to contact us.
