Delivery Times

When will my order arrive?

All orders are produced on demand. Delivery takes around 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my order once it has shipped?

Once your order has a tracking number, we're unable to change the delivery address, since it's already on its way to you. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to help you.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

What if my delivery address was wrong or incomplete?

If your order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, you'll need to cover the cost of re-delivering it to the corrected address.

How are orders packed?

Shipped flat in a rigid board envelope or rolled in a protective tube for larger sizes.

Double-boxed with foam corners and protective film.

Customs & Duties

Orders outside the EU

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA and Canada: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in your order total. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.

VAT is included in all prices for orders delivered within the EU.

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about returning an item:

Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns.

Please note that some items are non-returnable, including:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable prints or digital products

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

• If the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.

• If the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you don’t see the refund after a few days:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

3. Check with your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.

4. If you’ve done all this and still don’t see your refund, email us at info@kuriosis.com.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@kuriosis.com. Send your return to:

Gift Returns

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

• If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will process the refund directly to them, and they will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking option.
