HOMEWARE & GIFTS Our smaller items are packaged & shipped direct from our studio in Cardigan using high quality recycled and recyclable eco packaging. We use Royal Mail & Hermes / Parcel Force for larger parcels.

Any homeware bought as a gift can be gift wrapped for free & sent direct to your recipient with a personalised note - please add any requirements to your order notes at checkout.

We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-2 working days subject to stock.

Please allow 2-5 working days for the delivery of your item.

If for any reason the item/s ordered are out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible and given an estimated delivery date for your order. If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund you can do this up until the order is marked as dispatched. UK FURNITURE DELIVERY Delivery is free on all furniture orders to mainland UK, regardless of value.

All furniture is shipped direct from our suppliers warehouses using either DHL, Parcel Force & specialist furniture couriers Kinetic Logistics for larger items. The courier will contact you direct via text or email with delivery date & time slot. You will be able to amend this date to an alternate day if not convenient.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING We are able to ship most of our items worldwide, please get in touch for a delivery quote using our contact page.

DAMAGESPlease check your products carefully when they arrive keeping the original packaging in tact. Very occasionally an item can become damaged in transit.

In the rare event that this happens please report this to us as soon as possible and within 24 hours so that we can organise a replacement for you. Please email us at info@threelittlepigs.wales attaching your order number which you will receive on your order confirmation email and photos of the defected item.

Please do not send any returns back to us without prior approval.

We will happily accept returns of any unwanted goods within 14 days providing they are returned in immaculate condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately after this time we cannot accept the return of any unwanted items. Regrettably we are unable to pay the return postage costs on unwanted items however we are happy to assist you in getting courier quotes should you need us to. Faulty Items

We carefully inspect all items before they are shipped however if your goods are faulty on arrival please ensure that this is reported to us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery. Please notify us of any damaged or missing items by emailing us at info@threelittlepigs.wales and quoting your order number. Faulty items will be collected by our courier and replaced or refunded subject to stock. Items that are faulty on delivery must be returned in the original packaging with all hardware included.

Please note each piece of furniture is individually hand crafted and therefore minor variations in sizes, finish, colour, knots, grain & pattern are to be expected. These are an integral part of the natural occurrences of the timber & should not be constituted as defects.
