Haute Boutique ships via USPS to provide the most economical shipping solution for our customers.

Some graphic tees are custom made once the order is placed and can take up to 7-10 business days before being shipped. Always check the description field for shipping information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (we do not ship internationally)

- Shipping times may vary depending on shipping method between 2-7 business days.

- Flat shipping rate of $5.95

- FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50

UNDELIVERABLE/RETURN TO SENDER

If a shipment is unable to be delivered or the customer chooses to return to sender, the customer is responsible for any fees or costs of the return and the original shipping costs. The total amount will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Please be sure your address is correct when placing your order.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages but will work with you to try and locate your package and assist in any investigations. Email us if you have any questions or concerns.

Return Policy...

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, we accept returns (unworn, unwashed, free of stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair) with tags still attached mailed within 14 days of receipt for a refund to your original form of payment. Shipping is non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Any items returned without approval and/or outside the 14 day return window will be returned to you.

How Do I Initiate a Return?...

Email shophauteboutique@gmail.com with your first/last name, order number and which item you'd like to return. We will contact you ASAP.

*** If you received a damaged or defective item ***

Email us at shophauteboutique@gmail.com with your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line. Please include as much information as you can, including a call-back number. We will reach out to you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.

We cover return shipping and will get you refunded as soon your item is received. Just select “Item is defective” when you fill out the returns form below and a return shipping label will be issued to you.
