I strive to ship out orders within 1-2 days of purchase. Friday afternoons, weekends and holidays, please allow up to 3 business days for your item to ship.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been processed to ship out. Please allow 1 days for the tracking to update. Once your order arrives in your mailbox, you will also receive an email notifying you!

Local pick up is also available from the store at 1613 Elton Road Jennings, LA 70546. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email letting you know.

We offer standard shipping for $5, priority shipping for $8, and orders over $125 ship for Free!

Returns I am happy to issue a boutique credit if contacted upon receipt and the item is shipped back within 7 days of receipt. The item cannot be worn or washed and the tags are still attached.

Only STORE CREDIT will be issued for clothing returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Store credit will need to be used within 30 days of issuing.

To initiate a return, please email shopelmboutique@outlook.com and include your full name, order number, and description of the item you wish to send back.

Please make sure to send the item back within 7 days of receipt and be sure to include a note with your name and order number in your package. Please DO NOT send back an item without first contacting me. I will not be able to process your return without it.
