OKRA Care offers free standard shipping of 5-10 business days on all purchases. Our fulfillment center processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on United States national holidays. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping information. This shipping information will allow you to follow your package’s shipment progress. Please allow 5-10 business days after processing for free delivery.

If your product is damaged during transit, OKRA Care will replace the damaged product free of additional charge.

OKRA Care is not responsible for replacing products shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Customers are responsible for inputting their shipping addresses correctly. OKRA Care will not replace products that are shipped to a customer's previous address in the event the customer has not updated their shipping information to their current address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is current and accurate for all shipments.

Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your OKRA Care Starter Kit, you may return it for a full refund at any time within 15 days after you first received it. OKRA Care is not responsible for any return postage costs. To return refill kits, the package cannot be opened. Please contact support@okra.care or call 1-833-977-1339 during our operating hours Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time with your order number to process your refund. The time to credit your account with your refund may vary depending on the processing time.

Warranties and Replacements:

If your OKRA Care Meter is not working properly due to a defect in the material or workmanship within the first 2 years (24 months) from the date of original purchase, OKRA Care will replace your defective product. Under this policy, we will replace and refund your meter and associated kit components free of charge if they are deemed to be defective in material or workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty. OKRA Care is not responsible for replacing modified, misused, or damaged devices and components.
