Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was shipped to you in error. Contact our Customer Support department for instructions to return a package shipped to you in error.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Orders placed online are processed within 1-2 business days and generally arrive in 7-10 business days via standard ground delivery. Shipping charges are based on the total amount of each order. For even faster delivery, we offer FedEx next day or second day express delivery for an additional charge. *Please note our expedited shipping notice at the top of this page* Expedited orders must be placed by 10am CST Monday through Friday excluding holidays. YOU MUST ENTER A PHYSICAL ADDRESS IN THE ADDRESS LINE FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO WORK. Express delivery does not expedite order processing. Express packages will ship anywhere in the contiguous United States (excluding HI and AK) ONLY TO PHYSICAL ADDRESSES (NOT PO BOXES).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS INCLUDING CANADA

For International purchases, including for Canada, we encourage you to use our Dealer Locator Tool to find your nearest Badlands retailer. Hey, it happens. Sometimes the fit just isn’t quite right, or a piece of gear just isn't what you expected. When that happens, we promise to take care of it.

Our return process has changed and will differ based on the date of your order. Please read the following carefully before starting your return.

For orders placed on or before June 28, 2022:

Please follow these steps closely to ensure a smooth returns process.

STEP 1: Find your Badlands Order # and have it ready

•This can be found on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email

STEP 2: Email or call Badlands Customer Service at:

•If sending an email, put “Badlands Return Order # (insert order # here)” as your subject line and include your name (as it appeared on the order) and your order # in the body of the email as well.

•Please try to send this email from the email address you placed your order with

•A Badlands representative will take your call and get your order # or if sending an email, they will respond to your email with a prepaid shipping label that you can print out, adhere to package and send back via FedEx.

Please allow us 1-2 business days to respond to your Order Return Request email. For return, items should be in new, unused condition and preferably in original packaging with original tags.
