Coffee Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your coffee order, such as receiving the wrong item or if the product is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Coffee Products
For non-coffee products (e.g., merchandise, brewing equipment), we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@dodocoffee.co to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack the Items Securely: Place the items in their original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
Ship the Items: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
