Consumer Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This 30-day returns policy applies to consumer purchases. Business purchases are subject to the Business Customers section below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@grandtechnix.co.uk . Returns should not be sent without first requesting a return.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your item. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount see our Cancellation Terms and Conditions below.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return your original purchase (where eligible) and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation.

Where a consumer exercises their legal right to cancel within the applicable cooling-off period, refunds will be made in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Any deductions permitted by law (for example, where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning) may be applied where appropriate.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Business customer refunds may be subject to deductions as set out in the Business Customers section below.

Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service

All orders placed are not subject to statutory consumer cancellation rights, see below the return refund deduction costs.

•Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, where a return shipping label is provided by us, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

•Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

•An administration and restocking fee of 10% of the order value (excluding VAT where applicable) will be deducted from any refund to cover inspection, processing and restocking costs.

•Any goods returned damaged, incomplete or not in a resaleable condition may be subject to further deductions or the return may be refused.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

General Returns

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Returns & Refund Policy terms before completing their purchase.

The applicable Returns & Refund Policy published on our website at the time the order is placed forms part of the contract between the customer and Grand Technix Ltd.

Business Customers

Orders placed by businesses, companies, sole traders or other commercial organisations are not subject to statutory consumer cancellation rights.

Returns from business customers may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to the following conditions:

•Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

•The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or supplied in error. Where a return shipping label is provided by us, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

•Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
