Customer Responsibility — Change-of-Mind Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns based on a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other non-defect-related reasons.

Store Responsibility — Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Closet Update will cover reasonable return shipping costs if the item received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.

Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@closet-update.com as soon as possible. Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage when available.

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original item through our return process. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may place a new order for the preferred replacement item.
