When your order is dispatched by us, you will receive one automated email from BE Uniforms, then more automated emails from DPD to keep you up to date with the progress of the delivery. If you have not received your package within three working days of receiving the dispatch confirmation email from BE Uniforms, please get in touch with us to trace the package with DPD. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to refund you for your lost goods, as per DPD's Terms & Conditions .

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their email address has been entered correctly to ensure that all communications regarding their order are delivered successfully. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that these essential messages are not being delivered to a junk/spam folder. If the initial order confirmation email is successfully received all subsequent communications from us should follow suit. . We cannot be held responsible for any email sent being redirected to a spam/junk folder, so please check periodically for any misdirected correspondence. .

All orders received for embroidered garments are made to order, as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the logo(s) as required.

We aim to deliver all home delivery orders to UK mainland addresses within 14 to 21 days of you placing your order (excluding bank holidays).. We aim to ship orders for non-embroidered items within a couple of days of ordering depending on stock levels.

Items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your order may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. This is referred to as a ‘split order’. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may choose to cancel the order. Sportswear and branded items may take longer depending on stock availability. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

Once processed, all online orders will be sent out on a tracked delivery service. You will receive notifications from the selected courier once shipped.

Click & Collect

We offer a FREE Click & Collect service in six locations. Place your order online then opt at checkout to collect from one of our stores, free of charge

Normal lead times as shown above for online orders still apply. Once processed and ready to dispatch, your order will be moved via our van to your local store. You will then receive an email from us when your order has arrived in store and is ready for you to collect.

We reserve the right to archive an order that has been available to collect from your designated collection point for more than 14 days.

International Shipping

Please make sure you select the correct shipping country and postcode at the checkout. You may need to contact us before proceeding.

Our international shipping is based on a parcel weighing 5kg. If your order exceeds this weight, or the cost of shipping is more than suggested, we may be in touch for an extra payment towards your shipping charges.

We do not pay for custom fees or taxes so if you are ordering items to a destination where fees may apply, please expect to pay the relevant charges on import. We will not refund any goods that are returned to us if customs charges are not paid.

You can shop in confidence knowing that you can return your items within 28 days, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Our 28-day return policy means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests for returns must be made within 28 days of order dispatch. Requests approved on days 26, 27 and 28 will be granted three days post request date for the parcel to be receipted by BE Uniforms.

Items received outside of these terms will not be eligible for refund.

Items sent back to us without a complete pre-approved return request will not be accepted .To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received; unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To start a return, you will need to visit our website HERE and follow the ‘Start your return here’ prompt.

If your return is approved, instructions will be emailed to you detailing how and where to send your parcel. Please include a copy of your returns form in the parcel. You can download this once your return request has been approved. Alternatively, you may hand-write your return number on a slip of paper and include it in the parcel.

We recommend sending your parcel by Royal Mail and obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit otherwise.

We aim to process refunds within 10 days of receiving the returned item. During busy periods, such as Back to School, this may take up to 28 working days.

You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Plain item returns

We operate a no quibbles* return policy for all of the non-embroidered items we supply. Unwanted items can be refunded if returned in the original packaging unused within 28 days (see above for details). You may wish to explore the possibility of exchanging an item in store. We advise you to call the store before travelling to find out if the item you require is in stock.

* Items reduced to clear or items marked as NON-RETURNABLE cannot be returned

Embroidered Item Returns

Many embroidered items online and instore are available for return.

Please see below a list of embroidered items that are NOT eligible for return/refund:

- Items marked as NON-RETURNABLE

- ALL blazers with braiding (Primary and High School / Academy)

- Blazers sized 33” and below.

- Blazers sized 43" and above.

- ALL odd sized blazers with a High School / Academy logo (only size 34", 36", 38", 40", 42" are returnable)

- All blazers with a Primary School logo on

- Items reduced to clear or in a sale

- Items Adult size SMALL and larger with a Primary School logo on

- Items age 3-4 and smaller with a Primary School logo on

- Items age 9-10 and smaller for P7 / Senior Primary specific items

- Items Adult size SMALL and larger for P7 / Senior Primary specific items

- Items age 7-8 and upwards with a Nursery logo on

- Items age 9-10 and smaller with a High School / Academy logo on

- Items Adult Extra Large (XL) and above with a High School / Academy logo on

- Personalised items with a name or initial(s)

- 'Occasion Hoodies' i.e. all Leavers Hoodies, Trip Hoodies, etc.

Please note that all returned items are checked by our quality control team. Items showing wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your item has a manufacturers fault, please send an email as soon as possible with your order number and images of the fault to returns@beuniforms.co.uk so that we can investigate for you.

Unless the item is faulty, returns are accepted only if garments are unworn, unmarked with your child’s name, and still have all labels attached. Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order - or items within your order - please make sure you email us at info@beuniforms.co.uk or call 01361 810304 before you receive an automated production confirmation email. Items that have already been personalised with a custom option cannot be cancelled.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is not what you ordered, or if it is defective or damaged in any way. We will then be able to evaluate any issues and resolve them at the earliest opportunity. We must be notified of any damaged or missing items/orders within 4 days of the order being delivered/collected. After 4 days we cannot claim any missing parcels with the courier.

OUR RETURNS T&C's

In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on gum shields or underwear (including socks).

BE Uniforms reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if our quality control team conclude that an item has been worn or soiled through being incorrectly laundered, stained, damaged or torn by the wearer.

Refunds will be credited via original method of payment and will be processed within a 28-day period.

Refunds on goods are subject to them being returned in condition fit for resale. In the event of faulty goods, refunds are subject to inspection and agreement by the BE Uniforms quality control team.

Sometimes free shipping is applied to orders over a certain value. If returning goods from such orders takes the order value below the original amount, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.

BE Uniforms will not be held liable for any lost or damaged parcels that are being returned to the warehouse.

In the unlikely event that you receive items which were not what you ordered e.g. incorrect size/quantity/damaged, provided that you notify us of the problem by email to returns@beuniforms.co.uk within 3 working days of delivery, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund the amount paid for the items in question. We would expect items to be returned to us in full if requested. This does not affect your statutory rights.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
