Smarty Supply Co. wants to make the consumer's online shopping experience as easy and trusted as possible. Merchandise may be returned in new, unused condition (tags intact, unwashed, unworn, odor-free) if brought back into the store or postmarked within 30 days with original purchase receipt or email order confirmation. If you are not completely satisfied, please return, within 15 days of the original order date, any unused rope to Smarty Supply Co. for a refund.
