Orders ship from our warehouse for both UK and EU delivery, so UK and EU customers pay no import duties — VAT (taxes) is already included in the price.
In-stock orders placed before 12 p.m. UK time, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are sent on Monday. Bank holiday orders are sent the next business day. Delivery times vary by country and method. Free economy shipping is available on orders over certain thresholds.

USA — taxes and duties are prepaid, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Returns from MegaMac
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email support@megamac.com with your order details. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. We offer a prepaid return label for £4.50, which covers the return shipping cost and will be deducted from your refund. You’re also welcome to return the item using your own shipping service if you prefer.
