Unvaulted Games – Shipping Policy

At Unvaulted Games, we work hard to get your games and merchandise to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Locations & Costs

Currently, we only ship within Canada.

Shipping costs are flat rate based on package weight and order total.

Orders under $75: Customers may choose untracked shipping or add tracking for an extra fee.

Orders $75–$199: Tracked shipping is mandatory.

Orders $200 and above: Eligible for free tracked shipping.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

We are working to add USA and international shipping in the near future.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Canada: Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on location.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address will require the customer to pay reshipping costs.

5. Tracking Your Order

Tracked orders include a tracking number.

Tracking information is sent via email once the order is shipped.

Untracked orders are not insured or guaranteed during shipping.

6. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

All items are packed carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at unvaultedgames2025@gmail.com with photos.

Claims for lost or damaged packages will be handled according to the carrier’s policies.

7. Flea Market Orders

Items purchased in-person at the Rutland Flea Market are handed directly to the customer at the time of purchase.

Unvaulted Games – Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

At Unvaulted Games, we take pride in providing high-quality games and merchandise. As a small business, we have a strict no-return, no-refund policy to ensure fairness and sustainability.

Refunds & Returns

-We will only accept returns or issue refunds if the mistake is on our part, including:

-Incorrect item shipped

-Damaged or defective item received

-Approved refunds will cover the full purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Return

-We cannot accept returns for:

-Buyer’s remorse or personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like the game”)

-Compatibility issues (region, console, or accessory differences)

-Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, drops, or accidents

30-Day Warranty

-We offer a 30-day warranty on all items covering:

-Dead-on-arrival (DOA) items

-Functional defects not caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

Warranty exclusions:

-Physical damage (drops, liquids, impacts)

-Unauthorized modifications or repairs

-Damage caused by incorrect accessories, adapters, or regional incompatibility

Warranty resolution:

-Approved claims receive a replacement, if available

-If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund of the item price will be issued

-Items damaged by user handling will be returned at customer expense

How to Request a Refund or Warranty Claim

-Email unvaultedgames2025.com with:

-Full name

-Order number (if applicable)

-Description of the issue

-Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

-We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Protection & Inspection

-All items returned under warranty will be inspected

-Items returned in a condition different from how they were shipped may result in a denial or reduction of the refund or replacement

-We reserve the right to deny false or fraudulent claims
