Please be aware that certain countries outside the EU charge an import duty tax on goods over a certain value. Please check with your local government as to the value of this tax as you will not be allowed your parcel until the fee is paid.

It is important to us at GetTheLabel.com that your goods arrive safely and securely, therefore where possible our International Parcels are sent via Hermes, DHL or Royal Mail and their associated partners.

For Standard Delivery you can expect your order within 7 to 14 working days, please allow 15 working days before you contact us; please note full tracking is not available on every service. The weight of your parcel will determine which courier service is used, a maximum of 30kg per parcel applies. Please note for all parcels exceeding 30kg there will be additional charges (subject to weight).

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (unworn) within 21 days and we’ll give you a full refund. Please note that all swimwear must have the protective sticker intact when returning the goods to us. We regret that all underwear and pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. Get The Label does not offer a free returns service

Once we receive your returned items please allow up to 5 working days to process a refund and . Please complete the returns slip on your delivery note clearly stating which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment method.

If you have mislaid your delivery note simply enclose a covering letter with your name and full address together with your requirements.Get The Label does not have a free collection service for returns. To return your parcel to us use your local postal service requesting the standard delivery service, but ensuring you opt for the extra compensation where possible – this will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Get The Label cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.

You can return any unwanted items back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. You can do so via one of the following options:

•Use our returns partner ZigZag for a hassle free online returns process.

•Package up your items and return using your chosen courier label or QR Code provided ZigZag . Courier charges will vary.

Follow the steps to get your QR code via email, then simply take this and your packaged return to the selected drop off point. The QR code provided will then be scanned and a returns label will be printed for you.

Please repack the item as securely as possible. We advise not to combine multiple parcels in one return package as this can affect the return process - each return will need to be logged on the portal as individual orders.

General Returns Policy

All swimwear must have the protective sticker intact. Earrings and underwear can’t be returned for health and hygiene reasons. All other items can be returned provided:

•the items are unworn and unwashed

•if footwear, the items are in the original packaging/box, unworn and show no signs of wear.

•the items have all tags attached

•you take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up

•Footwear should be returned in the original selling condition, with the item and box undamaged.

Don't forget to keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

I have a faulty item. How do I return it?

You may return faulty goods for replacement, or refund up to 30 days after you receive them. After that period, and up to twelve months, we’ll only be able to offer you a replacement.

To qualify as faulty or defective, the item will meet one or more of the criteria:

•Has a manufacturing fault beyond typical wear associated with the product

•Isn’t fit for purpose it’s been supplied for

•Doesn’t match the descriptions or models shown to you at the time of purchase

Consumer rights websites such as Money Saving Expert have more detailed explanations of your rights when returning faulty goods. We’ll professionally evaluate returns for processing as soon as we can, but please make sure they’re clean and dry! We reserve the right to refuse to inspect items that are just too dirty or wet.
