99% of all orders are shipped via USPS or UPS the same day or within 1 business day of receiving the paid order. Orders placed on business days that are placed after that days carrier pickup will be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping Pricing

During checkout you will have the ability to view different carriers and options for your delivery. You may choose the option that best fits your budget and speed of delivery desired. Shipping & handling charges for you entire cart are reflected in real time at checkout for you to choose from. In the event your chosen carrier or method of shipping is unavailable after you have already checked out, Me 'n Mommy To Be will use a similar or better carrier and delivery speed to ship your order. If any additional charges are incurred beyond what the customer paid at checkout due to this change then Me 'n Mommy To Be will cover any additional shipping costs at no cost to the customer.

Package Tracking & Delivery

Once an order is shipped from our processing facility in Las Vegas, Nevada you will be immediately notified via Text and/or email whichever communication preference you choose at checkout of your orders status. That communication will also include a package tracking number for your carriers choice. The customer is then able to track the package through delivery.

If the package is lost or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier Me 'n Mommy To Be will work with the carrier who had the package and the customer to rectify the situation. Additional paperwork may need to be completed by customer for this type of claim. Once the package has been delivered by the carrier Me 'n Mommy To Be cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend having packages delivered to a location where someone will be present to accept them such as an office or place of work.

We make every attempt to process and deliver your orders as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that your receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During peak holiday shipping time (Thanksgiving to Christmas) please allow extra time for delivery time.

Each item undergoes thorough testing to ensure it is in excellent condition and fully operational, complete with all necessary pieces unless otherwise specified in the description. Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free returns. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged, including shipping fees for exchanged goods returned to purchaser.

To qualify for a return, returned item must be in the same condition as when purchased with attached tags, and without odor, holes, rips, stains

If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for a return, Me n Mommy To Be reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Refunds: Accepted returns will be issued as an online store credit for use on our website. Cash or credit/debit card refunds are not available unless there was an error on our part or the item(s) received were inaccurately described. In such cases, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Me 'n Mommy To Be reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns. All other sales are final.

Return Locations and Policy

At Me 'n Mommy To Be, we strive to make returns as convenient as possible for our customers. Items that comply with our return policy can be returned to any Me 'n Mommy To Be store location during regular business hours. Alternatively, you can live chat with a support agent or email support@me-n-mommytobe.com with your name, order number, delivery date, and reason for return to request a Return Authorization (RA) number for mailing items back to our fulfillment center for store credit. Please note that returns by mail will not be accepted without an RA number.

Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was not as described or an error was made on our part. In such cases, Me 'n Mommy To Be may provide a pre-paid shipping label on a case-by-case basis. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be issued as an online store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the shipping carrier.

We gladly accept returns for in-store purchases within 7 days for clothing and shoes, with the following exceptions: formal wear, holiday apparel, and socks are not eligible for return. Returns must include the original receipt, and items must have the original Me 'n Mommy To Be tags attached and be in the same condition as when purchased. Items with odors, holes, rips, or stains will not be accepted. Accepted returns will be issued as in-store credit. Cash or credit/debit card refunds are not available.
