99% of all orders are shipped via USPS or UPS the same day or within 1 business day of receiving the paid order. Orders placed on business days that are placed after that day's carrier pickup will be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping Pricing

During checkout you will have the ability to view different carriers and options for your delivery. You may choose the option that best fits your budget and speed of delivery desired. Shipping & handling charges for your entire cart are reflected in real time at checkout for you to choose from. In the event your chosen carrier or method of shipping is unavailable after you have already checked out, Me 'n Mommy To Be will use a similar or better carrier and delivery speed to ship your order. If any additional charges are incurred beyond what the customer paid at checkout due to this change then Me 'n Mommy To Be will cover any additional shipping costs at no cost to the customer.

Package Tracking & Delivery

Once an order is shipped from our processing facility in Ankeny, Iowa you will be immediately notified via Text and/or email whichever communication preference you choose at checkout of your orders status. That communication will also include a package tracking number for your carrier's choice. The customer is then able to track the package through delivery.

If the package is lost or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier Me 'n Mommy To Be will work with the carrier who had the package and the customer to rectify the situation. Additional paperwork may need to be completed by the customer for this type of claim. Once the package has been delivered by the carrier Me 'n Mommy To Be cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend having packages delivered to a location where someone will be present to accept them such as an office or place of work.

We make every attempt to process and deliver your orders as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During peak holiday shipping time (Thanksgiving to Christmas) please allow extra time for delivery time.

We do our best to describe accurately in the description the product you are purchasing. All products are tested, in great condition and sold in working order with all pieces unless otherwise noted in the description. Products that are new will be noted in the description. Otherwise items are sold as gently used. Photos are of the actual product you are purchasing.

Online Purchase Return Policy

Returns Online order returns will gladly be accepted within 7 days of the date of delivery as stated here. This applies to clothing and shoes only with the following exceptions; no formal wear, holiday apparel, costumes, socks or under garments will be accepted as returns. Returns need to have a copy of purchase receipt with them when being returned, Item(s) must still have the original Me 'n Mommy To Be tags attached and be in the same condition as when purchased. Any items with odor, holes, rips, stains, ect will not be accepted for returns. Items that have been used after delivery will not be accepted for return. If an error was made on our behalf or the items you received were clearly described inaccurately we are happy to return the item. All items accepted in compliance with the return policy will be issued as in store credit. When using store credit from your refund all refunded funds must be used in one transaction. No cash or credit/debit card refunds. Me 'n Mommy To Be has final authority to accept any item(s) for return. Otherwise all sales are final.

Return Locations: We do our best to make returns easy for our customers by offering them several convenient options to get the products back to us should a return be required. Items in compliance with our return policy may be returned to any Me 'n Mommy To Be store location during regular business hours or you may email menmommytobeankeny@gmail.com your name, order number, date item delivered and reason for return, to request a return RA# to mail your items back to our fulfillment center for a store credit. No returns will be accepted by mail without the RA# issued for that return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the person returning the item unless the item you received was clearly not as described in the listing or an error was made on our part. On a case by case basis Me 'n Mommy To Be may elect to send a pre-paid shipping label to the customer for returning said item if an error was made by us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved then we will issue a store credit for the returned item. We are unable to refund shipping costs.
