Will I pay any shipping or customs fees?

For the United States, Canada, European Union, and non-EU European countries — no, you will not.

You will not pay any costs other than the prices that you see on the MDN LLC website.

You will not pay any additional customs or shipping fees. MDN LLC covers all related costs.

For any other country, please contact MDN LLC for up-to-date information.

When will my order be shipped after purchase?

Your orders will be prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 1–3 business days.

The courier company will typically deliver your order within 3–5 business days.

You will be informed about the shipping process through the contact details you provide, so it is very important to fill in your shipping and billing information accurately.

Some orders may take up to 7 days to ship; in such cases, MDN LLC will contact you if your order requires more time than usual to dispatch.

Which shipping company will my order be sent with?

Your orders will be shipped quickly and securely with DHL Express, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.

You will be notified via email or message once your shipment has been dispatched by MDN LLC.

What should I do if the shipping package or product is damaged?

When your order arrives, if you notice visible damage on the package, please do not accept the parcel from the delivery personnel and request a “Damage Assessment Report.”

If you open the package and notice any damage inside, please contact MDN LLC immediately at

support@upphomestore.com so we can assist you with the issue.

Missed Parcels

Any items not delivered because the recipient was not available will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt.

Items not collected from the depot will be returned to MDN LLC, and we will issue a

refund for the goods minus our postal charges and an administrative fee for returned items.

We recommend that customers provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel (e.g., home or workplace), as a signature is required upon delivery.

Undelivered Items

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility to deliver it to you.

MDN LLC has limited control over non-delivered items, but the carrier will explain their own procedures and any applicable compensation claim processes.

We will always do our best to assist and facilitate communication with the carrier if you contact us at

support@upphomestore.com .

For all European and international orders, if your parcel is not delivered within the estimated delivery time (ETA), please contact

support@upphomestore.com .

Please allow 10 days after the ETA before requesting a re-delivery or refund.

MDN LLC will always make every effort to locate your parcel and keep you updated on the delivery status.

We hope you absolutely love every single product we send you.

But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days after you received the package. In countries outside the United States and Canada, the return window follows local consumer law.

TO RETURN/EXCHANGE your order: all items must be in new condition and original packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: If your item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong product, we cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made or clearance items.

REPLACEMENTS: If we made a wrong personalization on your order, we'll happily send you a replacement of the personalized item. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved because we got a wrong picture/misspelled text from you.

Refund in case of the force majeure circumstances

Please, notice! We refund the products' costs, but the shipping costs will be charged from the price of the product in case if:

•the customer wasn't available during the delivery process

•the customer provided an invalid phone number and/or email address

If the item was utilized by the post for the same reason, we're not responsible for the costs.

If the customer refuses the package without any reason, the package will be utilized and we're not responsible for the costs.
