We understand that sometimes when you bring a piece of furniture home, it doesn't fit with your decor just right. This is why we give you 100 days to decide if it's the right match for you.

Please initiate your return within 100 days of your purchase or we will not be able to accept your return.

Ship the product back to our warehouse

If you are not completely satisfied, all we ask in order to receive a full product refund is that you ship the product back to our warehouse in Reno, Nevada. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the items. We will provide you with a return shipping label at our expense.

Return in the original packaging

Our mom always taught us, return something the same way you received it. Clean and in good condition. If for some reason you'd like to return our product, we plan on putting it back on the 'shelf' for someone to enjoy. Our products are well packaged and for that reason, it is important to return our product in its original packaging for a safe return to our warehouse.

How do you set up a return?

Visit our self-service returns center to initiate and complete your return. You'll need your order number and the email address used to place your order. If you need help locating your order number, please contact our Customer Happiness Team.

If you’ve already assembled your product, no longer have the shipping/packing materials, or it came damaged/defective, please contact our Customer Happiness Team and we’ll look into other options for you.

How do you set up an exchange?

If you don’t love your product and are considering something different, please contact to our Customer Happiness Team and we’ll be happy to see how we can help.

What if you want to change your order?

We are pretty quick with processing orders, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. The best way to change or cancel your order is to call us at 1-866-619-1004. We're available Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-6pm, and Sun 11am-7pm ET.

Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our furniture, that's why we offer a lifetime warranty.

We're not big fans of fine print but we wanted to be clear with the few limitations we have, but we think you will agree they are fair.

1. The manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for life.

2. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. If in the unlikely event, your item inside the box arrives in less than perfect condition, we will ship replacement parts immediately at no additional cost.

3. Unfortunately, we cannot control the delivery companies performance, therefore if the package itself is damaged you will have to speak to the delivery service provider.

4. If replacement parts or products are out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer, you have the following options;

•Wait for items to be back in stock, if not discontinued

•Receive a store credit for original purchase price

•Choose from a select list of substitute products at our discretion

5. For the warranty to be in effect, products must have been used for its intended purpose through proper use and care as outlined on the instruction sheet and product detail page. It's never fun to read the dense information, but we try to give you suggestions that will benefit you.

6. This is essentially the same information mentioned in #4, but our lawyers are making us re-enforce it, our apologies. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, improper assembly, delivery or transportation damage, accidents, product alterations, incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care, abnormal wear, and tear, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty.

7. You must have proof of purchase, in order to process a warranty claim.

8. These warranties do not apply to products purchased second hand or in any condition other than brand new.

9. If you did not purchase directly from Nathan James or one of its verified retail partners, these warranties do not apply.

10. These warranties can not be transferable and do not extend to re-sold items.
