We offer fast, tracked delivery by DPD courier. Current delivery charges are as follows:

Orders over €100: Free Delivery

•Orders under €100: Delivery Charge €5.99

We currently only deliver within Ireland (ROI and Northern Ireland).

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days but this may take longer at certain times.

While next working day delivery is not guaranteed by our couriers, most orders are delivered within this time frame after leaving us. Please do allow extra time for delivery at peak periods.

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you directly before processing your order. Should you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please notify us by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.

Returns

We offer a 28 day no-hassle refund/exchange policy. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges. Items being returned must be unopened and in original condition and packaging. The item must be in pristine condition. Please enclose your name, phone number and proof of purchase and send to:

You may also return an item in person within 28 days to our store at the above address. If returning items by post, this will be at the buyer's expense. Please ensure items are packaged appropriately and we recommend you use recorded delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free delivery, €4.99 may be deducted from your refund to cover delivery expenses. Exchange/replacement items may also incur a new delivery charge.

Should you receive an item which has been damaged in transit to you, please notify us by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.

In the event of a faulty item/item not as described, please contact us by phone or email and we will arrange a replacement/refund as required.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

LEGO

If your LEGO set is missing pieces, please contact LEGO directly and they will send you the missing piece(s) as soon as possible.

LEGO can be contacted by phone on 00800 5346 5555 or via their website. Please make sure you have the design number (on the side of the box), part number and the name of the set ready.

Your right of withdrawal

In addition to our general Refund Policy above, if you are contracting online as a consumer and are an EU resident, the EU Consumer Rights Directive provides that you may cancel a contract at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the products.

If you have purchased products from the website and you decide to cancel your order, the Directive provides that you must advise us within 14 days of receipt of the products. You can email us at info@toysdirect.ie stating your wish to cancel your contract and quoting your name and order reference number.

You must return the items to us at the above address (See Returns policy above for details on returning items). You will be responsible for any cost incurred or risk in returning products. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and you will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Under the Directive, if you fail to inform us within 14 days you will not have a right to cancel the contract and return the products. This does not affect your statutory rights and you may still be able to return products under our General Refund Policy.
