1. Shipping Process

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays). During periods of high demand (such as promotions or new product launches), processing may take a little longer, but we work diligently to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Business days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding major postal holidays such as New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

2. International Shipping

For international orders, we use Priority Mail International, which offers affordable rates while ensuring your package is trackable. Delivery can take anywhere from 3–20 business days depending on the destination, customs processes, and local postal service.

Please note: International orders are subject to customs delays, and Munsyn™ is not responsible for delays once the package leaves our warehouse. If you experience any tracking issues, please reach out to the respective shipping carrier directly.

If you would like a more secure international shipping option with signature confirmation upon delivery, please contact our customer support team at support@munsyn.com to arrange this.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.

Please note that it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear in the system after shipping.

4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. Munsyn™ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or is deemed undeliverable by the final carrier, we will notify you via email. Once the package is returned to us, we will process a refund minus the shipping and handling charges.

If you need assistance with an address correction, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If you receive a notice from the postal carrier indicating that your package has been lost, please contact us at support@munsyn.com so we can initiate a replacement or refund.

If an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately. Please check your tracking details and contact us if necessary.

6. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying shipping costs unless the order qualifies for a free shipping promotion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Additional Notes

Please be aware that international shipments may experience additional delays due to local customs clearance procedures. These delays are outside of our control, and Munsyn™ cannot be held responsible for such delays.

At Munsyn™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you have complete confidence in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

You have 99 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.

Please use an insured and trackable shipping method to return your product safely. If the original packaging is not available, ensure the item is securely packaged in a suitable box with protective materials to avoid damage during transit.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@munsyn.com . Make sure to include:

Your receipt or proof of purchase.

A clear photo of the product in its original condition.

Your order number and any relevant details.

3. Return Shipping Address

The return address may vary depending on your location. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the correct return address specific to your region.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and these costs are non-refundable. Please ensure the package is returned using a method that provides tracking and insurance.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. You will be notified by email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Promotional Items

Items purchased during promotions or sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged.

7. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. We will send you a free replacement within 4–6 business days at no extra cost.

Your order number.

A photo or video of the faulty item.

Your full delivery address.

A contact phone number.

Additional proof may be required in some cases.

8. Warranty Coverage

All Munsyn™ products come with a 99-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing or quality-related defects. If an issue occurs within this period, we will gladly replace your item.

Please note that refunds are not issued for services or repairs. After the 90-day warranty, the customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

9. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
