SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100 (pre-tax): FREE*

ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO A P.O. BOX - PLEASE PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY.

We ship by FedEx, USPS and UPS. We endeavor to ship within 2 business days of your order whenever possible, and often our orders go out the same day if received by 1PM Pacific time Monday-Friday. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR RESPECTIVE CARRIER IN THE EVENT OF DELAYS.

CUSTOMERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING A SAFE DELIVERY LOCATION. PACKAGE THEFT IS ON THE RISE - please monitor your tracking information. The Pump Station & Nurtury ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY for packages tracked as "Delivered" by our common carriers. We do not issue refunds for packages that track as delivered.

* THERE ARE some exceptions to the free shipping policy for unusual, bulky or heavy shipments, which we try to note on product pages but cannot guarantee. Please examine your cart before checking out for details.

MOST HIGH VALUE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED REQUIRING A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING AND ARRANGE TO SIGN UPON DELIVERY, OR MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOUR RESPECTIVE CARRIER. If you cannot accept the above terms, we ask you not to place your order with The Pump Station.

We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping for orders in Greater Los Angeles (as defined by us) from commercial shipping to home delivery at any time without prior notice.

If packages are returned to us "refused" or otherwise "non-deliverable" and it is not our error, The Pump Station will deduct 15% or actual shipping cost, at our option, from any refund that may or may not result. This includes purchases that originally included Free Shipping.

We do not currently collect sales taxes for shipments outside of California.

FURNITURE: All Furniture purchases will be charged a delivery fee based on distance from our Ontario, CA warehouse. If you do not see a Local Delivery option at checkout, or you live more than 75 miles from our Ontario warehouse, give us a call at 310-998-1981 and let us try to help you! Delivery includes: transportation to the address and room of choice on the entry level of your home only, and does not include unpacking, assembly, installation, or setup. Unusual or strenuous delivery requirements will necessitate additional fees. All Furniture purchases are "Special Order - No returns or exchanges. All sales are final upon accepted delivery. We are happy to help with any warranty claims to the manufacturer. Santa Monica store pickup is not available for furniture items. Delivery time is typically anywhere from 10 to 30 days depending on in-stock condition. Upon ordering, we will reach out to you ASAP to schedule a convenient delivery time.

PICK UP: "Pick-Up" option is located at our Santa Monica, CA store at 2727 Main Street. Customers must present both the Credit Card used for purchase, and a form of official government issued ID to complete pickup.

ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Note: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

•Some health and personal care items determined at our sole discretion, such as Breast Pumps. Pumps with defects or errors are covered by warranty and the manufacturer encourages you to contact them directly.

•ALL NURSING PILLOWS SHIPPED BY COMMERCIAL CARRIER ARE DEEMED FINAL SALE - NON-RETURNABLE.

Pump Station Return and Refund Policy - Please Read

We want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your experience at The Pump Station & Nurtury. But, we know that everything in life isn't perfect 100% of the time! Please take a look at our return & refund policies.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with seal if applicable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

•CAR SEATS ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT OUR FACILITY - FOR PRODUCT SAFETY REASONS

•Gift cards

•Downloadable software products

•All health and personal care items such as Breast Pumps, Pumping Accessories, Nipple shields, Nursing Bras & Tops, Nursing Pillows, Back Pillows and other items that can't be resold if opened. Pumps with defects or errors are covered by warranty and the manufacturer encourages you to contact them directly.

•ANY product marked as "sterile"

•ALL NURSING PILLOWS SHIPPED BY COMMERCIAL CARRIER ARE DEEMED FINAL SALE - NON-RETURNABLE.

•Special Orders - Items that have been special ordered for you cannot be returned once the product has been ordered from the manufacturer.

•All "Sale" product is Final Sale - non-returnable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds MAY be granted (if applicable, at our discretion):

•Book with obvious signs of use

•CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

•Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

•Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Most items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, irrespective of any original offers, discounts or free shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Processing by banks and credit card companies often take up to ten days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cheryl@pumpstation.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are 'final sale' and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at santamonica@pumpstation.com for authorization, If authorization is issued, please send your item to: 2727 Main Street, STE A, Santa Monica, CA 90405.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know of your return.

Shipping

Most high value shipments will be sent to you requiring a signature upon delivery. In the event this is inconvenient, please arrange with your respective carrier for alternative delivery arrangements. If you cannot sign for a delivered product, we ask you not to order from The Pump Station.

If your return is approved, mail your product to The Pump Station & Nurtury, 2727 Main Street, STE A, Santa Monica, CA 90405.

You are responsible for return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and we provide shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
