SHIPPING POLICY Warehouse Locations CamGo's primary warehouse is located on the Gold Coast in Queensland. We also utilise partner warehouse facilities in New South Wales at Kemps Creek and in Victoria at Dandenong. By utilising our delivery network across multiple states it means your online purchased products will arrive to you quickly anywhere around Australia as well as Internationally. Customer Service We strive to service a fast and easy online delivery experience. To ensure this is possible we have created fulfillment systems across multiple states in Australia. Delivery Times The transit times below apply to all our couriers including Australia Post, Fastway, DHL and Amazon Logistics. The transit times below exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that transit times may vary for delivery to rural locations and during the holiday seasons.

Australia

•For Standard delivery within Australia it is 3 to 8 business days after processing of your order.

•For Express delivery within Australia it is 1 to 3 business days after processing your order.

New Zealand

•For Standard delivery to New Zealand it is 4 to 10 business days after processing of your order.

•For Express delivery to New Zealand it is 2 to 5 business days after processing your order.

United States / Canada

•For Standard delivery to the United States & Canada it is 5 to 10 business days after processing of your order.

•For Express delivery to the United States & Canada it is 2 to 5 business days after processing your order.

United Kingdom / Europe

•For Standard delivery to the United Kingdom & Europe it is 6 to 12 business days after processing of your order.

Processing of orders is guaranteed for the same day of purchase only if the order has been placed before 12PM AEST. Late Delivery If you have not received your order within the projected delivery time from shipment then please contact us via email at ' sales@camgo.com.au ' and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Local Pick Up Local pickup is currently not available from our Gold Coast location. If you live locally and place an order online before 12PM we will be able to have the items delivered to you normally within 2-3 business days with our free shipping option. Sale Events & Holiday Season The processing of orders and transit times may be affected during sale events & the holiday season. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during these periods due to increased parcel volumes and courier delays.

ReturnsOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@camgo.com.au and we'll assist you with the exchange process. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. Shipping To return your product, please have the parcel sent to our warehouse location in Runaway Bay, QLD 4216. Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and any shipping costs already paid are non-refundable.
