We will make this process as easy as possible for you Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your parcel has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once a product is ordered, it may not be possible to cancel, as the shipping process may have already begun. The product will be shipped to you as per the shipping policy. It shall be eligible for a refund/replacement only if it fulfills the conditions mentioned in this page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The basic premise of a refund will be that the product is defective or not as per the product description mentioned on the website's product page. We don't take any responsibility if the address entered is incorrect. We request you to fill in your details with utmost care.

If item is damaged upon receipt, please email us with pictures immediately. Do not ship your product to us without email approval and instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping products approved for Return

If we approve a return, send product to the international address provided to you via email by our support team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over AUD$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Invalid Reason:

Buyer no longer wants the item - This is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Sydney Trendshop. The buyer should make sure that he / she / they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after.

Buyer found item cheaper elsewhere - Buyer should be confident that he/she/they should be ready to pay the asking price before submitting an order.
