Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday from our fulfillment center in Ronkonkoma, NY.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Most orders are expected to be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed and delivered 3-5 business days after the order has been placed.

Orders may take longer to ship depending on product availability. Please review the expected shipping time upon checkout.

International Shipping Policy

Our international shipping rates are determined by location and the weight of a package. To determine your shipping will costs, simply fill your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can review the estimated shipping cost and your order total prior to checking out at any time.

We manufacture and ship our products directly from our New York facilities where they’re distributed to customers worldwide. We host several carrier providers for international shipping, allowing you to choose your preferred carrier upon checkout.

International Return Policy

Customers outside the U.S. may return the unused portion of a product within 4 months of their date of purchase. A short explanation of your return must be included along with the returned package. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued.
