All shipping costs are calculated strictly based on the final weight and volumetric dimensions of the packaged product.

Shipping Rates Our standard shipping rates are categorized by region and are calculated per kilogram (kg):

Gujarat & Mumbai: ₹80 per kg

Rest of India (All other cities): ₹100 per kg

Note: If the volumetric weight (size of the box) exceeds the actual physical weight of the item, the shipping carrier will charge based on the volumetric weight. Our final shipping calculations reflect these standard courier protocols.

Order Payment & Cooperation Shipping charges will be clearly communicated and added to your total order value during the final payment process. We request our customers' complete cooperation with the provided shipping rates. These charges represent the actual cost of safely and securely transporting your order from our studio to your doorstep, without any hidden markups.

Damaged Goods Exception The only exception to our strictly no-return policy is if the product sustains severe structural damage during transit. Claims will only be entertained if the product received is 90% or more damaged.
