Shipping Base shipping is free to all of the lower 48 United States* on all orders! We strive to offer the lowest possible shipping rates to all other locations (Hawaii/Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, and international). We also offer very competitive expedited shipping rates. We use USPS, UPS, and Freight Services for shipping carriers. We choose the most cost-efficient carrier(s) for all orders. *There may be additional fees for shipping to U.S. islands, including but not limited to Nantucket and the Florida Keys. Ground Package Service - Most orders under 500 pounds are shipped via a ground package service, including UPS Ground, USPS First-Class, or USPS Priority. A tracking number(s) is provided via email upon shipment. Some orders may include multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers and sometimes multiple carriers. By default, these packages will be delivered to your doorstep whether or not you are there to sign for them. Freight Service - Large orders, including those with over 10 kettlebells, bumper plate sets over 500 lbs and combination orders, are shipped via an LTL freight service. A PRO/tracking number will be provided upon shipment. For these shipments, you must be at the delivery address to receive them from the carrier. Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
