Shipping Fees

•Shipping fees are based on actual product weights or dimensions at check out.

•Shipping fees are determined by the shipping provider the customer chooses during check out.

Shipping ScheduleOnce your order has been wrapped carefully and boxed up the label is created. Orders are shipped out within/upto 5-7 business* days after label creation.

Label creation (your order is ready to be shipped) can take up to 2-5 business* days after order is placed. Orders placed on a Friday may take as long as Tuesday to ship.Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update with your chosen shipping provider.

Items with Shipper Boxes

Some of our items are received with shipper boxes. These items include but are not limited to Sideshow, Hot Toys, FigZero, etc and often times these items are put out on display in store. Once purchased the item is returned to its original box.

Please note that shipper boxes aren't always saved on in store items. Only PRE-ORDER items (i.e Sideshow, Hot Toys, FigZero, etc) will have their shipper boxes included in purchase.

Here at Replay Toys we want to assure that our customers receive and are happy with their products. We do our best to make sure each item is packed with care but in the event the item arrives damaged here is the course of action you can take.

1. Take pictures of the item. Make sure to include the damage from all angles.

2. Send pictures to our email help@replaytoys.com

3. Wait on a response from our support team.

If we approve the return regularly check your email for a return label and a refund notification.

•Requests for returns of damaged or defective Items must be received within 10 days of delivery to be considered.

•Minor cosmetic damage to product packaging or boxes is not considered product damage. Torn or crushed packaging is the responsibility of the freight carrier, and claims for such damage should be filed with them at delivery. We are only able to consider returns in cases of defects of the actual merchandise itself. We reserve the right to reject claims of manufacturing defects on items in cases of obvious user abuse.

All "PRE-ORDERS", and "Layaway", orders are non-refundable.

Returns/Refunds are only offered for items that are defective or broken.

Approved refunds will be issued after the item has been returned, and damage has been verified.
