We are pleased to offer two convenient shipping options for our valued customers:

White-Glove Delivery:

•Enjoy premium, white-glove delivery service for a worry-free experience.

•Our experienced professionals will carefully transport your item(s) to your desired location and ensure safe and proper placement.

•White-glove delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the item size and destination.

Direct Shipment to Designer Warehouse:

•You can choose to have your items delivered directly to your warehouse or receiver of choice.

•This option allows you to manage and coordinate final-mile delivery to your design client yourself.

•Please note that you are responsible for arranging and paying for any additional shipping costs beyond the initial delivery to your designated warehouse.

Important Shipping Information:

•All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, and items ship as soon as available from the manufacturer.

•Our White Glove shipping company contacts you or your client once shipped to set up final mile .

•Please allow 5-28 business days for standard delivery within the continental United States, depending on your location, and how often the shipping company goes to your area.

Additional Shipping Notes:

•We currently only ship within the continental United States.

•We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

•Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

•We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

The Designers Marketplace Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Designers Marketplace!

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. However, due to the nature of our products and industry standards, we do not offer a general return policy . This means that we cannot accept returns for items simply because a designer changes their mind or orders the wrong item.

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Therefore, we offer the following options for damaged items:

Replacement : If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Repair: In some cases, we may be able to arrange for a local repair person to fix your item.

To be eligible for a replacement, or repair, you must meet the following criteria:

•You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.

•You must provide us with photos of the damage.

•The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a claim, please email us at orders@thedesignersmarketplace.com with the following information:

•Your order number

•A description of the damage

•Photos of the damage

Please note: While We are not responsible for items that are damaged in transit, we can certainly help facilitate your claim. We recommend that you carefully inspect your items upon arrival and contact us and the shipping carrier immediately if there is any damage.

Exempt Goods:

The following items are exempt from replacements, and repairs.

•Custom-made items

•Discounted items

•Items purchased with a store credit
