In-Store Pickup is available Monday through Friday,10am to 6pm; and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

When placing your online order, select local pick-up at check out. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed, and is ready to be picked up. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder before contacting The Juilliard Store.Please be ready to present a valid ID and/or your order number to pick up paid orders. If someone is picking up on your behalf, they will need the order number. Please check your order before leaving the store to ensure it is what you are expecting.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sheet music or other copyrighted material.

We ship in the United States and internationally using various shipping services including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Rates vary based on the ship to location and weight of the order. We offer free domestic ground shipping on orders $100+.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the chosen shipping carrier and delivery location. Once an order has left our facility, responsibility for its handling and delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

The Juilliard Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to a carrier error, we may assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Claim processing times vary by carrier and may take between 5 to 30 business days. Any potential reimbursement is subject to the carrier’s policies and claim resolution process. Most orders shipped within the continental United States will arrive in 2-7 business days. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number for each package. Please note that orders with multiple items may ship in several packages. Customers will always receive tracking information for online shipments; if you do not see an email within 1 business day of placing your order, check your spam folder for tracking information.

In order to guarantee Express delivery in the continental United States, orders must be received by 10AM ET and the customer must select an overnight shipping option. Express orders received after 10AM ET will ship on the next business day

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for local taxes, customs fees, etc. Every location differs with how they handle international shipments; check your email spam folder if you do not see tracking within 1 business day of placing your order. For international shipments, we recommend tracking your item so it does not get stuck in customs without your knowledge.

Orders are not shipped on weekends. If you need an order immediately, please contact the Juilliard Store.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sheet music or other copyrighted material.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personal items that come in contact with the face or skin.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on clearance or final sale items.

You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you must contact us at store@juilliard.edu . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and other issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as textbooks and course materials, personal care items, and opened music accessories such as pitch pipes, Beltboxes, or strings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, clearance items or gift cards.

TextbooksThe last day to return/exchange textbooks is Saturday, September 21st. After this date, all sales are final.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
