Once the shipping label is created, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and carrier details.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), fulfillment timelines may shift slightly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Address Changes

You can request a shipping address change within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

•Check the tracking number emailed to you.

•Ask your local post office - they may be holding it.

•See if a neighbor accepted delivery by mistake.

If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking info, and we’ll help track it down. If an incorrect address was provided, you'll be responsible for any additional shipping.

To ensure delivery before key holidays, plan ahead - deadlines vary by region and delivery method.

Every order funds one verified tree planted through our reforestation partner, GoodAPI.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, we’ve got you covered.

Just email us at support@summitsoul.shop within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll either:

•Send a free replacement or

•Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Need a Different Size?

If your shirt doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to help with a simple exchange.

Reach out via email at support@summitsoul.shop within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Because each shirt is made to order, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, production begins and we’re unable to make changes.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day.

Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

No Need to Return for Some Cases

If there was a minor issue or wrong size, we may sometimes offer a replacement or refund without requiring a return.

We keep things sustainable and simple - feel free to gift or donate the item instead.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us your decision in a clear statement. The easiest way is our withdrawal page at https://selfservice.summitsoul.shop/self-service/withdraw . You may also email support@summitsoul.shop or use the model form below.

Effects: We refund all payments including standard delivery, using your original payment method, with no fees. If your order has not started printing, we cancel and refund right away. If it has shipped, we still refund you and ask you to send the item back within 14 days; we cover standard return postage.
