ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 2pm Friday PST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Once Orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made. Bombshell Sportswear is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service. Please allow 5-7 business days processing time prior to shipping during our Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.

Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days and the damaged package must be delivered to your local USPS office for us to file a claim on your behalf.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Unless otherwise selected, all domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Once processing is complete, shipping time will take 3-5 days depending on the final destination. While most domestic shipments deliver within 3 business days from ordering, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery of your item as processing times and shipping times may vary.

We do not split shipments. Orders ship once all items in an order are ready for shipment. Shipments in excess of $300 require a signature for delivery. Any packages returned for INCOMPLETE/ INCORRECT address will be shipped again at the customers expense.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box or APO/DPO/FPO. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as Bombshell Sportswear does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country. We are required to state the value of your order directly on the package by the custom authorities. Rarely, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages as it is at their sole discretion to release them.

Once an order is placed you are responsible for all original shipping charges, applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to us. This includes any shipment that is refused delivery as a $15 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.

Please note - due to cost restrictions we cannot split ship international orders. If one or more items on the order is on back-order, they will be shipped out once the order is complete.

DHL deliveries can be delayed beyond our stated shipping times which is beyond our control and refunds/reimbursements for shipping costs cannot be offered. Rarely For DHL shipping addresses with a Remote Service Charge, we reserve the right to switch to USPS Priority Mail Express as our carrier. Time frames for delivery are similar to DHL.

At the current time we do not ship to India due to restrictions.

We hope you love your Bombshell Sportswear! But if for any reason you want to exchange for a different size or style or simply return your item and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or quick refund.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Returns/Exchanges can only be made within 30 days from date of receipt of your item. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted after 30 days.

The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Bombshell Sportswear is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Tracking will be provided on returns via returns portal.

All Bombshell Sportswear items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its original “EVA” garment bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Bombshell Sportswear’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.

Exchanges can be made for a different size, color or new product entirely.

Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges.

Bombshell Sportswear guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as you follow our care instructions.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please submit a picture of your item in the return portal.

By placing an order with Bombshell Sportswear, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.

Please note - sale items may be returned or exchanged for a different size of same style and color only. Anything marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may use our returns portal to initiate a return or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order (shipping cost will incur at time of re-order if the order is below the free shipping threshold).

Returns can only be made within 30 days from date of receipt of your item. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns authorized after 30 days.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Bombshell Sportswear is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Tracking info will be provided when a prepaid label is selected on our returns portal.

All Bombshell Sportswear items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its original “EVA” garment bag. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are scratched, damaged, and/or not in their original packaging. Any damaged items that show signs of wear or do not conform to Bombshell Sportswear’s return policy will be declined, and the items will be shipped back at the customer’s expense, or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund. Bombshell Sportswear reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not conform to our returns policy.

Please be aware that original shipping costs, international custom duties, clearance fees, and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Any items returned to us due to the customer's failure to pay import taxes or customs duties will incur fees payable by the customer to Bombshell Sportswear. Please note that if a customer refuses to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us, minus a $15 USD return shipping charge.

Returns of products to Bombshell Sportswear may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.
