Returns & exchanges We want to make sure you love our linen items. If you are not 100% certain about your purchase, we will gladly take it back. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your products to request a return.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
