You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed.

🚛 Delivery Methods

Larger items such as furniture and mattresses are delivered via freight or white-glove services when available.

Smaller items may be shipped via standard carriers.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item size and location.

📍 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

🛠 Delivery & Inspection

For large deliveries, please inspect all items at the time of delivery.

If there is visible damage, make a note with the delivery driver and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

At The Furniture Mattress Warehouse, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Custom, clearance, or special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Process

Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thefmwh@gmail.com .
