Shipping Costs

•Free shipping on orders $99 or greater unless an item requires white glove delivery or is listed "available for local pick up only in our Concord, California shop"

•Free shipping applies to small items unless the item is listed for local pickup.

•Shipping on orders less than $99 will be charged according to the shipping table offered at checkout.

•For items requiring white glove delivery, a flat rate of $199 will be charged for as many items as you'd like to add to your order.

•White Glove Furniture Shipments may incur a delivery surcharge to remote areas. Generally these include Montana, Wyoming, Coastal Islands that require a Ferry Service, Alaska and Hawaii. Other remote locations may also apply. If your location requires a shipping surcharge, we will contact you once your order is placed to let you know. You will still have the opportunity to cancel your order without incurring any fees.

Shipping Timeline

•Most items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Processing takes 3-7 days. Depending on your location, shipping can take 2-10 days from our location in northern California. Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can see your package traveling to you.

•Large furniture items will be shipped via White Glove service. Depending on your location, shipping can take 4-6 weeks from our location in northern California. Once your item is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can see your item traveling to you.

For the first 90 days, we will refund the purchase price to your original form of payment when your package is received. After that we will refund the purchase price in the form of store credit. Store credit must be used within 12 months of date of issue.

All Reclaimed Wood Furniture items and upholstered pieces that are not vintage are made to order. Those items returned or canceled after being placed in production, a re-stocking fee will be charged according to the following schedule:

Cancellation after an order is placed - 20%

Cancellation or return after an order is shipped - 50%
