Shipping Rates in The U.S.

You may select from:

1. FedEx/USPS in the contiguous U.S.: FREE for orders of $60 or more

2. FedEx/USPS: $10 Flat Rate on orders up to $59.99

3. FedEx Priority Overnight : $30 Flat Rate + $3 per item

4. Priority Mail Flat Rate: $20 Flat Rate (applicable only to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Guam and Puerto Rico)

5. USPS Dog Bed Book Only - $3 Flat Rate (applicable only when purchasing one book; if you are purchasing other items or multiple books, choose a different shipping option)

Hi-Bio® Hemp Collection:

Our Hi-Bio® Hemp collection is available for shipping in the U.S. only, excluding the state of Idaho.

Limited International Shipping:

We currently ship to Canada, the Middle East, and a few other select regions. During checkout, apply one of the following methods to receive a calculated ship cost:

1. FedEx International Priority (4-7 business days, if there are no customs delays)

Note that when shipping internationally, your country's customs process can add days or weeks to receiving your shipment. We have NO control over your customs process. Additionally, your country will often add taxes, duties and fees ABOVE AND BEYOND our shipping rates. Every country is different.

•We’ll Handle the Rest: Our team will initiate the return process for you, and you will get an email confirmation with all the details.

3. Ship Your Product:

•Securely package your item to prevent damage.

•Convenient Pickup: You can easily schedule a USPS pickup for your return package right from your home. Visit USPS Package Pickup to arrange a time that works best for you.

Quick Refunds

•Fast Processing: We'll process your return within 5 business days of receiving it.

Refund Details

•Refunds go back to your original payment method.

•A $6 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping,handling and restocking expenses.

•Please Note: Original shipping costs and donations to our animal sanctuary are non refundable.

•If you bought our products from an authorized retailer, please return them to the original place of purchase. Their return policies may vary.
