International deliveries may incur customs duties and/or VAT charges, which are to be paid by the receiver. In ordering an item through our website to be delivered outside of the European Union, the customer agrees to pay any charges that may be incurred by the country’s customs authority. These charges will differ depending on the country, so please contact your local customs authority for more information.

Wickford Health Store reserves the right to request payment of the price difference if the actual postage cost is more than quoted on the website in certain circumstances. If the difference in postage cost is not received within 3 working days from the day of the request, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The original amount paid will be refunded to you in the same method. Please allow up to 14 days for the payment to clear.

All notifications for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will need to inform us of your intent to return an item and the reason why you would like to return it before doing so. This must be done in writing or via email.

Items being returned and/or exchanged must be received by us within 14 days and should be unused and in their original condition, complete with the original packaging and tags still intact. If you wish to exchange an item, please include the item you would like to exchange the return for. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and you may be charged for delivery costs.

In cases where we receive items that are damaged, used, or appear not to be in their original condition, no refund shall be given. The original receipt/invoice (email sent when the purchase was made) and a complete ‘returns note’ form must be enclosed with the package. Where returned items are received without a receipt/invoice of purchase and a ‘returns note’ form, no refund shall be given. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred in the return of an item, unless there has been an error on our part, such as the item being faulty. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post, so we suggest that you return your item using a “signed for” or traceable method. Any refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will not be given for any postage costs incurred by us in sending your order unless there has been an error on our part.

For returns from outside of Europe, import duties will be deducted from the refund.
