If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Additional Shipping Information

•We strive to offer same-day fulfillment on most weekdays and Saturdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday night or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

•If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us for a full refund or return upon reasonable proof.

•Cancellations must be submitted via email before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.

•If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, please check your mailbox and contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

OurFunBuds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed to the carrier.

•Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.

To cancel your order, it is necessary to contact our customer support team. This can be done by sending an email to our support email address. Once your request has been received, our team will ensure that your order is cancelled promptly. Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfilment center.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery. Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support. If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.

If you do not like OurFunBuds, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping fees may apply.

How to Return Products

To start a return, you have to contact us at info@ourfunbuds.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at accounts@funyotoys.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ourfunbuds.com

Restocking Fee

You will not be charged any return fee/restocking fee.

Return Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
