Transit times vary depending on delivery location & carrier routes.

You will be provided with tracking information once your order is in route. Allow up 7-10 business days for your order to arrive once your item(s) are shipped. Some destinations require longer transit times if a carrier transfer is required.

White glove delivery/special delivery lead times are typically longer due to carrier inspections, product assembly and product handling.

Product are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on ourwebsite but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will notbe able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we willfulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you wouldprefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for usto process a refund.

We are able to offera more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.4.3 Dispatch TimeOrders are usually dispatched within 7 business days of payment of orderOur warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, excepton national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. Tracking NotificationsUpon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will beable to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates madeavailable by the shipping provider.6. Parcels Damaged In Transit Damages need to reported within 24 - 48 hours upon receiving shipment.

Do not dispose of your packaging until a full inspection of your product has been completed and you're certain the item is in acceptable condition.

If damage to the product or packaging is visually noticeable upon delivery, please refuse the shipment with the driver, note any details on the carrier's paperwork and contact us immediately at support@oldbonesco.com.

When you submit a damage claim, please let us know at that time if you would prefer a replacement or refund. We will work as hard as we can to resolve your issue in a timely manner. Please know that with freight shipped items, expediting replacements is typically not an option.

If your item arrives damaged, but you would like to keep it, we may be able to work with you to come to a mutually agreed-upon partial credit to keep the item as-is or have repaired. Let us know you would like to pursue this option when filing the claim.

Old Bones Co. Offers a Full, 30-Day Return/Exchange/Store Credit Policy

Old Bones Co. offers a no-risk, 30-day return policy on all our products. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of arrival for a full refund/exchange or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping charge. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping is non-refundable unless otherwise verified with a customer representative. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise will be deducted from the total refund amount. Merchandise must be received back in the warehouse & inspected before any replacement/refund/credit will be issued.

25% Restocking fee will apply towards the following return products:

•Beds, Storage Units, Dressers, Large Cabinet Media Centers, Shelving

•Over Size Units

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Most items on our site are eligible for a return, with a few reasonable exceptions:

•Assembled and/or modified items

•Custom made or special order items

•Opened bedding materials

•Items deemed to be in used condition

•Items without the original packaging

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Once your item(s) are in shipping stage or in transit, your order cannot be cancelled or returned. If the ordered item is refused from the carrier, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and 25% restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed / email to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
