Freight Delivery – Furniture Orders Large furniture items such as cribs, dressers, and chests ship via LTL freight carriers. Due to the size and weight of these items, a separate shipping threshold applies.

•Free standard (curbside) delivery on furniture orders of $2,000 or more

•Furniture orders under $2,000 — flat-rate standard delivery of $99.95

•Standard delivery = curbside drop-off; customer is responsible for bringing items inside

Gliders & Upholstered Goods Gliders and upholstered items are oversized and must ship via a furniture freight carrier in most cases. A flat freight rate applies regardless of order total, as gliders ship separately from hard-goods furniture and cannot be sent via standard parcel carriers.

•Flat-rate freight delivery of $179.95 per glider shipment

•This fee applies regardless of order total — the $2,000 free furniture delivery threshold does not apply to gliders

Delivery Upgrades In-home delivery upgrades can be selected prior to checkout on applicable product pages:

•Room of Choice — $149: Inside delivery to the room of your choice; heavy lifting handled; no assembly or packaging removal

•Premium White Glove — $199: Inside delivery, room of choice placement, packaging & debris removed; no assembly

•White Glove + Assembly — $299: Inside delivery, room of choice placement, packaging & debris removed, eligible light assembly included

Shipping Notes

•Most orders ship complete unless otherwise noted

•Split shipment fee of $150 applies if you request items to ship separately; waived if a significant delay occurs on part of your order

Return Policy (30-Day Money Back Guarantee)

We want you to love your purchase from Kids N Cribs! That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most items (excludes closeout and on-sale items; these items are final sale). If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of the ship date, subject to the conditions below.

Return Guidelines

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via both phone and email. Notice beyond this timeframe may delay or prevent a replacement from being issued, as we cannot determine when the damage or missing item occurred. This timeframe is also required by freight carriers to properly file and process claims.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging with all parts, tags, instructions, and accessories included. Items showing signs of use (e.g. dirty, washed, or assembled) are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RAN) — see instructions below.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Furniture and special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items returned that qualified for free shipping will have the actual outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Returns received after 30 days may be approved at the discretion of management and are eligible for store credit only if accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and special order reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

•Mattresses, mattress pads, and similar items once opened (due to hygiene concerns)

•Opened bedding products

•Car seats, due to safety and liability reasons (we cannot guarantee the integrity once the seat has left our facility)

•Custom or special-order furniture shipped directly from the manufacturer

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return:

Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN): Email us at info@kids-n-cribs.com with:

•Your full name

•Order number

•Item name or number

•Reason for the return

Package the item(s) securely in the original box with all original materials. Use a trackable and/or insured shipping service to return the item. Mail the return to the address provided once your RAN is issued. The RAN must be clearly noted on the shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original and return shipping charges, along with any applicable restocking fees, will be deducted as outlined above.

Refunds typically take 24–48 hours to appear in your account after being processed, depending on your bank.
