Alaska & Hawaii

To ship to Alaska and Hawaii, select Rush at checkout. Please provide a physical street address for delivery, as we cannot deliver expedited shipments to P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Your order will be delivered in two to seven business days from shipment. Note: Some items which ship directly from our vendors' warehouse aren’t eligible for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Select standard shipping at checkout. Our items usually reach the post office by the estimated delivery date defined at checkout, but delivery from the APO or FPO to you may take longer (up to eight weeks in some cases). Please allow additional time for shipments to these addresses. Refer inquiries to the Military Postal Service.

Tracking Your Order

We will keep you updated on your order status via email. You can also check the status of your order anytime in Orders tab of Your Account. Just select the Track button from the Order Details page. (The tracking page will give you the most up-to-date information.)

The Rue 30®

Most Rue La La merchandise ships for a rate of $11.99 for standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. With The Rue 30, once you place an order and pay the shipping costs, standard shipping is free on every order you place for the next 30 days. You can find how many days of free shipping you have left on your account by looking in the upper right corner of your desktop screen, or at the top of your front page on the mobile app.

Additional shipping rates apply for oversized items, expedited options, and orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Any special shipping charges will be noted on the product page under Shipping and at checkout.

Please Note: Rue 30 does not cover return shipping for refunds.

The Rue 365®

Shipping Time Frame

Please allow two to seven business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive (unless otherwise noted). We try to group all of your orders together so that you receive a single package, though sometimes your orders may arrive in separate packages.

For estimates of shipping times, refer to the product page, or check your order confirmation email. You may also check the status of your order anytime in Your Account.

Please note that shipping times are approximated from the time your purchase leaves our warehouse.

Most items are available to ship in one to two business days from order date unless otherwise noted. We process, ship, and deliver packages seven days per week (location and carrier restrictions apply). Not all items qualify for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping must comply with address requirements of the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to Department of Transportation guidelines, regulated materials (such as fragrance items) can only be shipped via standard shipping.

Legal requirements prohibit orders containing alcohol from being shipped to certain states. These exceptions will be noted in the product description.

Fees

Some of our products require additional shipping and handling charges due to their size or weight, expedited shipping options, and orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. These charges will be noted on the product page and at checkout.

Multiple Addresses

Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations. With The Rue 30®, after you place the initial order and pay the standard shipping costs once, standard shipping is free on all orders for the next 30 days.

Disclaimer

While we’ll do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Rue La La is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control. Offer only applies for items indicated. Offer does not apply to shipments to PO boxes, A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses, or international orders. Over sized items, expedited options, and orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify and will have additional charges as noted at checkout. If you purchase several items, they may ship separately and at different times. To expedite your order, items that ship from the same location will be grouped together. We’ll send you a shipping-confirmation email when all or part of your order has been shipped.

Items meeting Rue La La’s return eligibility requirements (as set forth below) may be returned, subject to this Return Policy. All returns must be authorized by Rue La La and must be completed by mail using the shipping label provided to you at the time you initiate your return. Returnable Items

For an item to be eligible for return, it must have been purchased from Rue La La and must meet the following conditions, unless otherwise provided in this Return Policy or as determined by Rue La La in its discretion:

•Items must be returned within 21 days from the date of shipment.

•Items must be returned in their original condition, which is defined as:

•Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

•Item must have all original tags attached; and

•Item must be in its original packaging. Original packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories, and dust bags.

We offer two refund options for eligible returnable merchandise:

Merchandise Credit: You can select to return your item(s) for merchandise credit and enjoy free return shipping. (Note: Air-shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii)

Refund: You can select to return your item(s) for a refund to the original form of payment and pay an $11.99 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. (Note: Air-shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii)

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny or reject any return that we determine is not eligible for a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, items that: (i) do not comply with the conditions of this Return Policy (e.g., are late, worn, altered, or missing tags); (ii) were designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase; or (iii) are not the original item ordered (including non-Rue La La items). Any late returns may be accepted at our discretion and, if accepted, will be refunded as a merchandise credit. Late returns may be subject to a $4.99 re-stocking fee per item, which fee will be deducted from the amount of the merchandise credit. All decisions regarding return eligibility are final.

Non-Returnable Items

Items designated as “final sale”, “non-returnable” or with another similar designation at the time of purchase are not eligible for return and will not appear in your eligible items for return. We let you know when an item is final sale, by noting it in the product description and it may also be noted on your packing slip.

Return Shipping Guidelines

To ensure your return is processed correctly and without delay, it is your responsibility to follow all conditions in our Return Policy, including the specific shipping guidelines listed below.

•Each returned item must be shipped to the return address designated on that item’s specific shipping label. If your return includes multiple items, they may need to be shipped in separate packages.

•You must use the return label within the time frame provided on the return label.

•A valid return authorization slip and shipping label we provide are required for all packages being returned. You must ensure that each item is matched to its corresponding return label for shipment to the correct return location.

•You may only include items that are listed on the return slip and its corresponding shipping label provided when you requested the return. Including other items that are not on the return slip may result in delays in processing your refund.

•Rue La La is not responsible for any items included in your return that are not listed on the return slip (including any non-Rue La La items returned in error by you). Please be aware that we will not process refunds for such items, and please note that Rue La La is not obligated to return any such items or non-compliant shipments.

•Rue La La is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, tampered with, or stolen in transit.

•Rue La La is not responsible for returns sent using a shipping method or label other than the label we provide. We are unable to process refunds for returns sent via an alternate method.

Refund Timelines

Rue La La will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email letting you know that we’ve received your return. Please note that our acceptance of your package does not constitute our final approval of your return. All returned items are subject to inspection and a refund will be issued only once the item has passed our inspection. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your return to be inspected and your refund to be processed.

Once your return has been inspected and accepted, your refund will be processed. For all accepted returns, your refund amount shall include only the price paid for the item(s) and collected tax amounts (if any). Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you selected a Rue la La Merchandise Credit as your refund method, you will see your Merchandise Credit appear on your Rue La La account within 3-5 business days. If you opted for a refund to your original form of payment, you will see your refund (less the $11.99 return fee) reflected on your monthly statement, within approximately 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Where we issue a refund and subsequently determine in our discretion that your return did not comply with our return policy and/or was the result of fraud, we reserve the right to recharge your payment method on file for the merchandise.

Gift Returns

If you wish to return an item from Rue La La that you received as a gift, you may return the item for Merchandise Credit. You must have a Rue La La account to receive Merchandise Credit. Please contact your Concierge via this form , or chat with us now. Please have your gift receipt or pack slip ready, which lists your order number or shipment ID.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe that you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance as quickly as possible. You may contact us by chatting with us, or by filling out this form. You will need to provide us with the order number, the item description that was incorrect, damaged or defective, description of the shipping package, description of damage to the item and your preference for a replacement or site credit.

Return Fraud

Rue La La takes fraud in all its forms very seriously, including return fraud. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of transactions or returns. Anyone suspected of engaging in fraudulent returns or similar behavior may have their returns denied, may no longer be permitted to purchase product through Rue La La, and may be subject to additional actions, at our sole discretion.

Governing Terms and Modifications

By making a purchase on Rue La La, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy . Rue La La reserves the right to make, amend, or change its Return Policy at any time, and in its sole discretion.
