Christmas Warehouse Opening Hours

Our warehouse will be closed from 24 December 2025 and will reopen on 2 January 2026. Orders placed after 23 December 2025 will not be dispatched until we reopen on 2 January 2026 and will be delivered within our standard delivery timeframe of 5–7 working days from 2 January 2026. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking information email. Please follow your tracking reference online via Parcelforce or DX once received.

During the Christmas period, our customer service team will be operating on limited staff hours. We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours; however, please note that the warehouse will be fully closed during this time, and any requests requiring warehouse action will not be processed or dispatched until after 2 January 2026. Courier services may also experience higher volumes following the Christmas period, and slight delivery delays may occur.

Standard Delivery

The delivery charge for orders under £25 is £5.95. For orders of £25 and over, delivery is Free of charge.

We currently offer delivery services to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK). For international delivery please see the section below below.

If all your items ordered are "In Stock" has been chosen, you should receive them within 5 - 7 days.

Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your Products are dispatched and delivered within the stated timescales, we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting the manufacturer of the Product or our delivery partners. If we are unable to meet the estimated dispatch or delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated date.

Your delivery will be completed when our couriers deliver the products to the address you gave us. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our couriers will leave you a note with information about how to rearrange delivery. If you have not accepted delivery after two attempts by us, we may treat the contract as having been cancelled by you in accordance with the terms of clause 9 of our Terms and Conditions.INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYTo avoid risk of damage, most international orders will be sent on pallets with a minimum order quantity of 1 pallet. A limited number of products are also available as non palletised orders.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email care@educationaltoys.co.uk with your order number.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and resolve it efficiently.

You must email us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos or video evidence of the damage so we can review your claim.

Change of Mind Returns & Collection Service

If you have changed your mind and your item is not faulty or damaged , we can arrange a collection service via Parcelforce.

Please note that change of mind returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase and only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging . Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, assembled, used, or are no longer in their original packaging, unless they are faulty.

Collection charges start from £15 and vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s). The collection charge will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please email us with your return request, and we will confirm the collection cost for your specific product(s) before arranging the collection.

If you prefer, you may arrange your own return courier. Please ensure the item is securely packaged, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit when returned using your own courier.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind due to health and safety reasons. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
