Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after they are placed. During high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Ember & Fold currently ships within the United States , with plans to expand internationally in the future.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Local Delivery & Pickup

At this time, Ember & Fold does not offer local delivery or in-person pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Ember & Fold is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us at info@emberandfold.com , and we’ll be happy to help file a claim or find a resolution.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

If an item is listed as pre-order or made-to-order , additional time may be required for production before shipping. Estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product page.

Changes or Cancellations

Please reach out to info@emberandfold.com within 24 hours of placing your order for any changes or cancellations. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make modifications.

At Ember and Fold, each piece is crafted and curated with care. We want you to feel at ease when shopping with us and to be completely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our team will do everything we can to make it right.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Damaged or used items cannot be returned, unless the damage occurred during transit.

Burned or partially used candles are non-returnable.

For safety and hygiene reasons, health and personal care items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Handmade or personalized pieces may be final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made on our part or the item was damaged in transit.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer another size, color, or product, we’d be happy to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are processed once your original item has been returned and verified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will ensure a swift replacement or provide a full refund.

Beginning a Return

Our team will provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please return your item within 14 days of receiving the return label.
